Wolfgang Puck food processor?

I was thinking of buying a Cuisinart or KitchenAid food processor, but found a lot in a Wolfgang Puck "Bistro processor" 900W food. It is 1 / 4 the price of Cuisinart and Kitchenaid. Can anyone tell me if it is a food processor?
