I just bought a new stainless steel pot set. I remember that there is a way of preparing the pan before use. I believe the term is curing. Any ideas?
Wash in soapy water and rinse well, then coat in the oil and gently heat until almost smoking, remove from heat and wipe off excess oil with paper towel and you're ready to use!.
